An update of my Vanquish & Shock Wave treatment

Hi all, have not touch my blog for a while. Time to update on my Vanquish & Shock wave treatment. All went quite well. My tummy has improve like 80%. Well I guess I can't really expect a totally flat tummy due to my lifestyle & age (ahemmm....) .  I sit all the time & don't exercise. But it's much smaller & flatter than before, so I'm happy.

I took panbesy & duromine for only for a month. Once the excess fats were removed, I change my eating habits & stay on the Garbaslim fat burner.

I started drinking coffee without sugar. I limited my favorite soft drink to only 1 per day. I used to drink at least 3 per day. Snacks I buy the small packets, no more family size. No fruits either, I noticed I've been eating too much of them, thinking of fiber they provide. But I could get the same fiber from unsweetened vegetables. I eat more spinach, kale, brocoli, cabbage & salads (with little dressing).

The Vitamn D jab has helped to improve my metabolism. I've since shaped up nicely. I've also include Vitamin D supplement in my daily vitamins consumption. I know I'm a little kiasu but I've just reach 30s, need to be more vigilant ! That's all for now!
My favorite Veg!

    1. Total around 7kg from when I start.

I give myself "cheat" days when I just eat a whole ton of stuff for fun ...haha... when I do that, I take the fat burner, Garbaslim :))

  4. Hi Layla,

other than cost wise, which options vanquish+shockwave or vit d jab is better(see effects faster)? I intend to take two vit d jabs as i have thunder thighs & huge tummy.. but in ur case, which option is more effective?

    1. Sorry for the late reply. In my case the Vit D is more important. Because if the body has not enough of vit D , it cannot burn fats.

Obviously if you can afford, do that vanquish too. But Vit D should be first:))

    1. Hi Cherrie, welcome to my blog:))

Just bring a big Tshirt, or wear one there. They'll just roll it up during the procedure. Even if you didnt bring, it's ok, they have shirts & shorts there for you to change. Anyway I brought my own, 7-year old Tshirt for the event, it makes me feel really at home ...haha..
