My visit to Dr Keith Ong's clinic for panbesy, duromine & garbaslim

This is June, half the year's gone, fast! I've decided to do something about my weight. Since the beginning of the year, I've gone up ONE size, can you imagine!????  Drastic times calls for drastic measures.

Google for help. These are the blogs I went to : Here & here & here. Guess what, I've decided to Just Do It- today. The online world recommended Dr Keith Ong's clinic for panbesy or duromine. These 2 weight loss pills are supposedly the most effective & famous slimming pills in the market. Some girls have reported losing 1 kg within a day, others around 5 kg within a month! Well that's good enough for me.

Made appointment & was there on the dot! I like to be puncture. Plus this is important. Dr Keith is very friendly. His staff not so ..... Anyway I had prepared a "speech" to explain why I needed these panbesy. But before I even begin, he's already telling me about what can panbesy & duromine do, the side effects etc etc... I was so grateful for that, my speech was kinda 'corny'...anyways. As it turn out everything went better than planned. I was out in a jiffy, with supplies of everything I could get my hands on! I needed results FAST !!! :)

My haul:
-3, 15mg panbesy
-one month supply of  30mg duromine. Was told if come back within 6 months, they will waive consultation fee.
-a bottle of garbaslim , it's a fat burner. (I think I seriously needed this)
-a Vitamin D jab (this is to boost my metabolism, so it's important)

My bottle of Garbaslim:)

Will review after I see some results, later:)

    1. Yes it is effective. I dont know why I've a sluggish metabolism in the first place, but after the Vit D jab, things improves.

    1. It's about :
      duromine or panbesy (1 month supply)= 60
garbaslim (fat burner 1 month supply, optional )= 60
      Consultation = 50 (@ Orchard)
      =30 (@ Yishun)

  3. I was charged $50 for the consultation at Yishun...is there a change in the pricing? It was also specified at the side of the counter that normal consultation $30 and for weight management $50.. wonder y the diff.. seems much easier and faster for him to deal with the people looking to lose weight. :p

  4. Hi Layla, or anyone else, I'm going to see Dr Keith tm (made appointment). Very desperate to lose weight asap. You think I can skip the 15mg & go straight to the 30mg for faster results?
    Would appreciate for any feedback.
    Thanks:))

    1. Oh...forgot to mention, I've never taken either panbesy or duromine before.

    2. Hi Elizabeth, if you have never taken them before, you wont know how the pills will affect you. Some people dont feel much (they are so lucky), some do have a range of side effects.

So I do suggest you start with a lower dosage of 15mg first. Besides the doctor, don't give them to patients for nothing. It's better that way, if you start with 30mg & that proves too strong for the body, then that will backfire right? Hope that helps.

    3. Hi YY,thanks for replying. Will take that into consideration. Can't wait :))

    4. What I did was, I took everything Dr Keith gave me. First day I obediently took the 15mg panbesy. Dont feel much side effects.

So Second day I just take 2 tabs of the remaining 15mg panbesy haha, like you I was impatient... Some of the side effects started to come in. I was expecting them after reading all the comments from the blogs , so no big deal. Today is the end of my first week, results is ok.
Maybe you can do the same?

    5. Thank You so much Diane. I saw Dr Keith yesterday, end up I did take the 3 tabs of 15mg panbesy also. Your method makes sense. I took a tab just now (early in the morning). Didn't feel a thing, so I took another 15mg an hr later haha... Now I do feel the thirst, & kinda super energized as well-interesting!

Thank you all for responding. Hope my weight loss results would be fast:)

  6. Hello Girls! May I ask if it's ok to take Panbesy early in the morning at 5am then go back to bed and wake up at 730am to have the garbaslim? will sleeping right after consuming the Panbesy affect its efficacy?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Sleeping right after panbesy will not affect its efficacy.
As for taking panbesy & garbaslim at different timing, that should be fine too. I guess they suggest we take them together, is just for convenience. In case we forget or something like that.

  7. Hmmm, so it's been 3 weeks of Panbesy 30mg and I actually havent lost any weight...???? I don't actually eat much as well and ive taken 2 vitamin D injections and even lasix on alternate days (for water retention) but its fluctuating between only 1 kg. Does this happen to anyone?? I am really disappointed................

    1. Don't be disappointed lah.
Some of us can lose weight faster than others. Just don't keep weighing yourself every single day. It'll drive you mad!

Me too, initially it seems that the weight is taking forever to come off. Then I kinda give up weighing myself. After a few weeks, my clothes felt looser. Guess what, I found out I have lost 4kg by then !

  8. Hi Ladies, like to check with you- after you stop, do you have a great urge to eat again since it has been suppress for a while. And if it happens, what you do to "stop" this urge ? I'm afraid of that.
Right now into my first week of panbesy since I saw Dr Keith, I've lost 2.3 kg so far.

    1. I think that's probably why the instructions was for us to remember to eat. If we don't eat, after we stop the meds, we'll tend to "compensate" & start indulging excessively. That's when the weight start building up again.
As for how to stop the urge, you can take healthier food I guess. Just don't snack. Replace all bad eating habits with healthier ones.

  9. Hello! I just saw dr Keith today and he actually told me to eat more sugar and salt but I've been reading here that we should abstain from sugar/spicy stuff.
He also said not to drink so much water but instead, isotonic drinks as we need the salt. Just wanna confirm what he has told you guys :)

    Thanks for advice :)

    1. Yes was told the same thing.
We all know:Dont take too much sugar, as it'll make you fat. Spicy food makes you want to eat more. So basically if you want to lose weight on your own, you shouldn't do these things. That is true.
      BUT
When you take panbesy, you need to take some sweet things as well. That is to prevent the side effects, which could be quite bad for some. However if you are the lucky few, who don't suffer side effects, by all means, take lesser. For me, when my side effects get too bad, I just pop some chocolates & maybe eat my favorite chicken rice ...lol... I'll feel fine!
      Hope that helps:)

    2. this is not my first time to dr keith but the last visit was 2 years ago or so. i go back to him everytime i "balloon" for a quick way to get rid of the fats. not ideal but lazy way. The last time i didn't remember all the "must eat" stuff but this time round he told me to take sugar/salt too!! i'm like SUGAR??? our body loses salt when on these pills and i think it feeds on sugar (cant really rem his explanation as he talks really fast) but it's supposed to accelerate the weight loss. seems like a perfect deal for me!

  12. Hi layla.. im haney.. actually i do take duromine until today.. but i wondering lasttime abt 10 years back i take the result was so fat.. but now when i take the duromine 30g the result seems slow.. anyone know why? Cause 2 years bag when i pregnant i gain weight 30kg 😔.. any idea why the results like not the first time i take.

    1. Hi Haney, one thing could be TIME. It was 10 years ago, so your metabolism rate might have slow down now, unfortunately it happens when we age.

Also I noticed ladies who got pregnant tends to find it harder to lose weight. The pregnancy does something to the body. The trick is to try to lose the weight as soon as the baby is born. If you wait too long, it's harder for the stubborn fats to go.

But don't worry, if it's just the metabolism, I suggest trying the Vit D jab. It speeds up the metabolism naturally. Hope this helps:)

  14. I've lost 5kg so far- very thankful for that. I'm wondering should I take a break & continue with the meds after like a month.
I promise myself not to indulge too much during this month.
    What U guys think?

    1. Depends, if you really can 'control' yourself, then by all means.
For me, after 2 months on panbesy & losing almost 2 sizes, my habits have kinda changed. I don't seem to like snacking so much anymore.

  17. Hi ladies, I just went to Dr. ong 3days ago after reading all the good reviews here.... I had lost 2 kgs within 2 days but today 3rd day I gain back 1kg but eat same for 1St 2 days??? Anyone experience this?? Or I shouldn't weight myself everyday?

    1. Hello, don't weigh yourself everyday as the numbers will affect you. I weigh myself every week to keep track.

  18. Hi there, I have been on duromine for 1.5 weeks. Ever since taking it I cannot sleep even at night or for afternoon naps, I take it early in the morning around 7am. Even taking duromine on alternate days, or taking a break from duromine did not help, those days off duromine also cannot fall asleep. Will take 3-4h to fall asleep and body wakes up automatically after another 3-4h of restless sleep. I’m going crazy because I’m so tired but I can’t even fall asleep despite been so groggy and sleepy! Worse thing is I’ve only lost half a kg in nearly 2 weeks… I followed all instructions given by Dr Ong. Anyone else had this experience while on duromine too and how did you resolve it?

    1. Insomnia is one of the side effects of Duromine. I experienced that in my first 2 weeks then it was okay.

      Delete
    2. It's a known side effect. It affected me for 3 days, then I'm fine.
      Or you can try panbesy.

      Delete
    3. I took their Vit D Jab. Apparently VitD is very impt for metabolism. Once you increase that, losing weight is much easier.

    1. Panbesy is like the gold standard for weight loss...lol.. it's effective. As for how long it'll take, depends on the individual. Some take a very short time, others longer, also depends on how heavy you are to begin with. good luck
I lost 3kg as of now, 5kg more to go. Hope U can do the same :))

  22. Hi,

I've extra bottle Panbesy that I would like to let go as I've reached my target weight and had stopped taking the pills. I bought extra bottles because I don't want to be charged with consultation fees and the trouble of visiting the clinic too many times. I purchased the pills on 09/06/23, it's expiration date is stated as 06/2024. If anyone is interested to buy pls contact me Zengxiaojiemschan@gmail.com
